The Training Camp Plans

We have a plan. It’s preoccupied my time over the last couple of days and delayed any updates to this blog, but the results are a full itinerary and a completed guidebook. Our athletes can look forward to some big swim sets, 500 kilometres of cycling and daily runs too. If you’re interested you can download a copy of the camp guidebook below.

And if you are interested and you’re free between the 9th and the 16th of February a last minute place on the camp has just become available. We can promise you a solid week of training following the itinerary in the guidebook above and hopefully warm weather with it. There’s only 10 days to go till the camp begins so if you want to join us contact me ASAP.

There’s another sponsor to mention too, with Nuun being a very welcome late addition to the camp, they’ll be providing each athlete with a supply of electrolytes and a bottle to put them in. I’m hoping we’ll get the banana flavour as it’s my favourite.

It’s shaping into a great week of training.

    Looks like an awesome week. Very organised and detailed plan!
    If I wouldn’t be in recovery mode I’d still try to persuade my other half, but I still have a couple of weeks before I’m back to normal training.

    Hope the camp will be great and you’ll do another one next year.

  • Shame you can’t make it this time. But the plan is to do it again and with a bit more notice next time so hopefully easier for people to plan into their year.
