					<description><![CDATA[Russ who is that bloke in the photo? Does not look anything like the bloke I met in Lanza! water retention is a response to severe metabolic stress ( I see it quite alot in patients after operations) and there is lots to suggest that IM can cause the same sort of reactions. It should start reversing itself by day3/4 post IM but this stress response is variable. Look forward to meeting up again. Gabriel]]></description>
