I’m really pleased with my race. I stated a sub-10 goal without that much idea of how it would prove. I’m pretty comfortably under it though and well placed for a World Champs. Also 3rd Age Group Brit is nothing to complain about!

Got the bug for Kona now, already thinking about next year! How much I want to get there and how much I want to improve my performance.

Will see you in Epic, should be fun!

It was amazing a ‘slice’ was about as big as that Tear Cake. He couldn’t finish it even with Rachel helping him. I’ll never look at the slices of cake in British cafes the same!
