I liked the idea of a daily swim, bike and run minimum. The real problem is pool times especially over the holidays. I might throw in an aim for so many hours per week next time round. Should be able to try for 7 I reckon. Consistency and volume definitely helps my swim.

Great stuff Russ. I'm trying to come up with a realistic equivalent to the Advent Challenge with swimming - I just won't get to the pool every day (I can always a fit a half hour run at lunch, but a half hour swim takes over an hour once I get to the pool, change, swim, change, walk back) but would be good to aim for e.g. four times a week.
