Weekly Swim Sets: Wednesday, 19th April 2017
A single triathlon swim session last week with continued work on the catch and a strong threshold set
	
The Easter weekend meant I only coached one triathlon swim session last week (plus I’m posting it even later than usual). Wednesday’s session was focussed on threshold work with a main set of 100 repeats on a moderate turn around. The warm up continued with work on the catch and developing a better arm position at the start of the stroke. All the details below.
